Middle East Media Research Institute: Jihad and Terrorism Threat Monitor – JTTM scrutinizes Islamist terrorism and violent extremism worldwide, with special focus on activity within and emanating from the Arab world, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iran

SITE Intelligence Group Jihadist Threat Monitoring Service – This site is mainly for intelligence professionals with the majority of their articles requiring a paid membership to view. However, they do provide a lot of free articles with great analysis and translation of primary sources

The Soufan Group – The Research section of the Soufan Group’s website includes some great analysis on radicalization and counterterrorism
